User Obligations

• You may be required to create an account to use Amixtra. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• To use this language model, you must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to consent to online services. If you're under 18, you need permission from your parent or legal guardian to access and use this tool. We're committed to protecting the privacy and safety of all our users, and these age requirements help us ensure a responsible and appropriate environment for everyone.

Using our Services

You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to provide Input to our Services.As between you and Amixtra, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you (a) retain ownership rights in your Input and (b) own the Output generated from your Input. We hereby assign to you all our rights, title, and interest, if any, in the Output. Due to the nature of our Services and artificial intelligence, the Output may not be unique, and other users may receive similar results. Our assignment of rights does not extend to the Output generated for other users or any Third-Party Output. We may use your Content to provide, maintain, develop, and improve our Services, comply with applicable laws, enforce our terms and policies, and ensure the safety of our Services. If you are using our Services through specific integrations, please refer to our Help Center for details on how we handle your Content.

Accuracy: Artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving fields. We are continuously working to enhance our Services for greater accuracy, reliability, safety, and benefit. Due to the probabilistic nature of machine learning, the Output may not always accurately reflect real people, places, or facts.

When you use our Services, you understand and agree to the following:

• Output may not always be accurate. You should not rely solely on the Output from our Services as a definitive source of truth or factual information, nor as a substitute for professional advice.
• You must evaluate the Output for accuracy and appropriateness for your specific use case, including conducting human reviews as necessary, before using or sharing the Output.

Billing

When you purchase any of our Services, you must provide complete and accurate billing information, including a valid payment method. For paid subscriptions, we will automatically charge your payment method at each agreed-upon renewal period until you decide to cancel. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, and we will charge tax as required. If your payment cannot be processed, we may downgrade your account or suspend your access to our Services until payment is received.

Cancelation: You can cancel your paid subscription at any time. Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. These Terms do not override any mandatory local laws regarding your cancellation rights.

Changes: We may adjust our prices periodically. If we increase our subscription prices, we will provide you with at least 30 days’ notice, and any price increase will take effect at your next renewal, allowing you the opportunity to cancel if you do not agree with the new pricing.

Termination and suspension

You are free to stop using our Services at any time. However, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services or delete your account if we determine that:

• You have violated these Terms or our Usage Policy.
• We need to do so to comply with legal requirements.
• Your use of our Services poses a risk or harm to Amixtra, our users, or others.

Additionally, we may terminate your account if it has been inactive for over a year and you do not have a paid subscription. In such cases, we will provide you with advance notice.

If you believe your account has been suspended or terminated in error, you can appeal the decision by contacting our Support team.

Copyright Complaints

If you think your intellectual property rights have been violated, please either send a notice to the address provided below or complete this form. We reserve the right to remove or disable content that we determine violates these Terms or is claimed to be infringing. Additionally, we will take action to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on these rights when necessary.

We don’t guarantee that they will work perfectly. Amixtra do not make any promises about the quality or reliability of our services. This includes not guaranteeing that the services will be free from interruptions, eros, or security issues. You understand and agree that using the results from our services is entirely at your own risk. You should not rely on these results as the only source of truth or factual information, nor should you use them as a replacement for professional advice.

Discontinuation of Services

We may choose to stop offering our Services, but if we do, we will provide you with prior notice and refund any prepaid, unused Services.
