Beta Services
Amixtra Beta Services outlines the terms for using certain features and services on a beta basis, referred to as “Beta Services”. These service provided “as-is” to facilitate user testing and evaluation. You may share information with Amitra. regarding your access, use, testing, or evaluation of Beta Services or Beta Regions, including about their performance, features, and functionality. Amixtra will retain ownership for all the test Observations and may utilize them for its own purposes. You are permitted to use Test Observation of your internal evaluation of any beta service. Test Observations, suggestions related to a Beta Service, and any other information regarding any beta service are classified as Amixtra confidential information. Amixtra does not make any claims or guarantees regarding the Beta Services, Including assurance of consistent availability, freedom from interruptions or errors, or the security and integrity of any content.
Amixtra will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Beta Services, including data loss or loss of profits. Additionally, Algebrain reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Beta Services at any time without prior notice. By utilizing the Beta Services, users confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

- Algebrain
- Overview: Algebrain is an advanced AI language model tailored for business professionals and students. It aims to simplify daily tasks, enhance learning, and improve communication.

- Educational Support: Assist students with homework, research, and study materials.
- Personal Productivity: Help users manage tasks, set reminders, and organize information efficiently.
- Limitations: While Algebrain is designed to provide accurate and helpful responses, it may not always have access to real-time data or specific proprietary information.
- tabOrder
- Overview: Our tabOrder is a user-friendly solution designed for restaurants, cafes, and retail environments, enabling seamless order placement and management.
- Features:
- Intuitive Interface: Allows customers to browse menus, customize orders, and complete transactions directly from a tablet.
- Order Management: Streamlines the order process for staff, reducing wait times and improving customer satisfaction.
- Integration Capabilities: Can be integrated with existing POS systems and inventory management tools for a cohesive operational experience.
- Limitations: The tabOrder may require specific hardware and software configurations to function optimally, and certain features may vary based on the subscription plan selected.

User Responsibilities for Amixtra
- General Responsibilities
- Compliance with Terms: Users must adhere to all terms and condition set forth by Amixtra
- Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
- Appropriate Use
- Algebrain
- Appropriate Use: Users must utilize Algebrain in a manner consistent with its intended purpose, avoiding any misuse or illegal activities.
- Content Accuracy: Users are responsible for ensuring that any information or content inputted into Algebrain is accurate and does not violate any third-party rights.
- User Responsibility: Users are responsible for their interactions and the content they generate.
- Prohibited Uses: Activities such as harassment or generating harmful content are strictly prohibited.
- Feedback and Reporting: Users are encouraged to provide feedback and report any issues or inaccuracies encountered while using Algebrain to improve the service.
- tabOrder
- Account Registration: Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and are responsible for all activities under their Amixtra account.
- Use of Services: Users agree to use Amixtra’s services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and are prohibited from engaging in activities that could harm Amixtra and its users.
Amixtra Enterprise and Team
- Administrators: At Arixtra these are accounts managed by administrators, these are end users with administrative privileges. They have the authority to add or remove team members, manage user access, and oversee the organization’s workspace. Administrators can also view and manage the content created by users and track how the platform is being utilized. This is the organization's responsibility to ensure that all team members are informed and have agreed to these management practices.
- Content Protection: Amixtra is committed to protect its customer from legal claims if the content they generate infringes on someone else’s intellectual property rights.
- If the customer was aware or should have been aware that the Content could infringe on rights.
- If they disregarded any guidelines or safety measures provided by Amixtra.
- If the Content was altered in a way that led to the infringement.
- If the customer lacked the rights to use the original materials they provided to create the Content.
- If the claim involves trademark issues arising from the customer’s use of the Content in a business context.
- If the Content includes elements from external sources not affiliated with Amixtra.
Exclusions:
Image and Video Capabilities
Our platform allows users to upload images and videos as part of their interactions with our services (“Visual Features”). However, there are important guidelines to follow:
- Privacy and Identification: You must not use Visual Features to identify individuals or to gather private or sensitive information about anyone.
- Consent for Likeness: You cannot use Visual Features to reproduce the likeness of any individual without obtaining explicit consent and ensuring you have all necessary rights. This includes a strict prohibition on reproducing the likeness of anyone under the age of 18.
- Public Sharing: If you choose to share an image or video publicly through our platform, such as on the Amixtra community page, you grant Amixtra the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, display, and perform that content for the purpose of operating and promoting our services.
By adhering to these guidelines, you help maintain a respectful and secure environment for all users.
Voice Conversations
Amixtra offers a Voice Interaction feature that allows users to engage with our products, Algebrain, through spoken conversations. This feature enables users to communicate verbally and receive spoken responses from our AI models.
- Usage Guidelines
- Non-Commercial Use: The Voice Interaction feature is intended solely for personal use. Users may not utilize this feature for commercial purposes or any form of monetization.
- Prohibition on Distribution: Users are not permitted to distribute, repurpose, or repackage any audio output generated through the Voice Interaction feature as standalone recordings or in any other audio format.
- Ownership Rights: While users may have certain rights to the content generated during their interactions, these rights do not extend to the audio output produced by the Voice Interaction feature.
- Limitation
- Technical Constraints: The Voice Interaction feature may be subject to technical limitations, including but not limited to connectivity issues and voice recognition accuracy.
- Content Restrictions: Users must refrain from using the Voice Interaction feature to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content.
By using the Amixtra Voice Interaction feature, users acknowledge and agree to these guidelines and responsibilities. Non-compliance may result in restricted access to the feature or other actions deemed necessary by Amixtra.
