This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of Personal Data when you use our websites, products, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy does not apply to content that we process on behalf of our business clients through specific enterprise offerings, such as our API-based solutions or hardware integrations. For those, our handling of data is governed by the agreements we have in place with those customers.

If you use our Services without creating an account, we may store some of the information outlined in this policy using cookies, which help maintain your preferences across browsing sessions. For more details on our use of cookies, please refer to our Cookie Notice.

Retention

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to provide our Services to you or for other legitimate business purposes, such as resolving disputes, ensuring safety and security, or fulfilling our legal obligations. The duration for which we keep Personal Data will depend on several factors, including:

  • The purpose for processing the data (e.g., whether we need it to deliver our Services).
  • The volume, nature, and sensitivity of the information.
  • The potential risk of harm from unauthorized access or disclosure.
  • Any legal obligations we must comply with.

In some instances, the retention period may be influenced by your settings. For example, temporary chats in our Services will not be saved in your history and will be retained for up to 30 days for safety reasons. You can find more information about data controls in our documentation.
