Business terms

Agreement. This section establishes that the terms govern the relationship between Amixtra and the user. By signing up for the services, the customer agrees to these terms and confirms they have the authority to enter the agreement.

Services

You must provide accurate and up-to-date account information. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including those of any end users. You must not share your account credential or allow unauthorized access.

Restriction

Amixtra retains all rights to its services.

You may not:

• Use the services in violation of any laws or Amixtra policies.
• Infringe on third-party rights.
• Share personal information of minors without consent.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to discover the source code of the services.
• Use outputs to create competing AI models.
• Extract data from the services in unauthorized ways.
• Transfer access credentials to third parties.

Content

You and your end users may provide input to the services and receive output from the services based on the input. The user will retain all ownership rights to the input and own all output that has been provided.

Amixtra will handle and store your content in line with our privacy commitments. We will utilize your content solely to enhance our services and ensure compliance with relevant laws. You are responsible for all the Input and must ensure you have the right to provide it. You are also responsible for evaluating the Output for accuracy and appropriateness.

Confidentiality

Confidential Information refers to any sensitive data shared by one party with the other. The recipient agrees to use this information solely for the purposes outlined in this agreement and to safeguard it against unauthorized disclosure. However, confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that becomes public, is already known, or is disclosed by a third party without restrictions.

Security

Amixtra will maintain a security program designed to protect its services and customer content from unauthorized access or loss. We will implement various security measures, including access controles and incident response plans.

Privacy

If you process personal data using our services, you must provide necessary privacy notices and obtain required consents. You agree not to use our services to handle protected health information unless a specific agreement is in place.

Termination

This agreement begins upon acceptance and continues until terminated. Either party may terminate the agreement under certain conditions. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations, and we will delete all customer content after termination.

Updates

Amixtra retains the right to modify these terms as necessary, providing users with reasonable notice of any changes. This means that if there are updates or revisions to the terms, Amixtra will inform users in a timely manner, allowing them to review and understand the new conditions before they take effect. This practice ensures transparency and gives users the opportunity to make informed decisions regarding their continued use of Amixtra's services.
